So I decided that I need to add something else to my daily physical activity, and I've decided upon jogging and yoga. Right now I'm doing an hour on the elliptical and an hour of weight lifting on M,W,F and just the elliptical on Tu & Thur and nothing on the weekends (gym's closed).
I'm gonna change it up and do an hour of lifting, an hour on the elliptical, and an hour of yoga (flexibility purposes) on M,W,F and I'll do an hour of jogging (I'm guessing 4 miles? I haven't counted the laps yet) and an hour of yoga on Tu, Thur, Sat & Sun.
Adding the jogging is going to be hard at first (I've only gone twice so far and my legs are so sore), eventually I'll get much better at it, and I am patiently awaiting that day! Plus, my legs are going to look better, and right now my ass is really flat and jogging can change that!
